Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Strategic Digital Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work from either Hyderabad or Gurugram, depending on your preference. As a key player in our team, you will drive high-impact projects, provide exceptional client service, and contribute to the success of Google’s advertising solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, and multi-functional project management leadership with a proven impact on customer success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD.
- Experience managing insights, analytics, client management, or consulting-oriented projects aimed at driving customer success with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder projects, with a proven track record of achieving complex business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration.
- Expertise in implementing, optimizing, and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as managing complex, transformative client solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working on investigative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive impactful results by solving strategic, multi-dimensional problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Lead complex multi-quarter projects, propose new strategies, and oversee project planning, execution, and group management. Serve as a subject matter expert for the region or business model.
- Develop and implement advanced frameworks and solutions, fostering long-term trust and value with clients, and scaling these solutions across businesses and markets.
- Guide decision-making and thought leadership to enable business and performance growth through systematic interventions, ensuring sustained client portfolio growth.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the broader team, acting as a trusted advisor and managing critical business activities such as workflow, pipeline management, vendor utilization, product activation, and team development.
